ORDERING INFORMATION - Goodmark Industries is a wholesale distributor who sells parts to retailers as well as to the retail public. All sales are made subject to the most recent sales agreement in effect at the time of your order. All prices, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. PAYMENT METHODS - Goodmark Industries will accept payment by check / money order or by Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover. No parts will be shipped C.O.D.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - Goodmark ships using several reputable carriers. Depending on what items you order will depend on what method we use to ship your parts. Items are denoted in our Online Catalog whether the part ships via UPS or Truck Freight. Small items shipped with a truck freight item will automatically be shipped truck freight with the larger item. Goodmark does not ship outside the United States, but we can refer you to a freight forwarder for foreign orders.

All small items can be shipped via UPS Ground service. Normal delivery service is usually 2-5 days from the metro Atlanta area or our California location to anywhere in the continental USA. We do not ship via USPS or Fed Ex. Express Air Freight is available at extra cost for those who wish to get their parts quicker, but remember, this freight is calculated at dimensional weight, so the larger and heavier the item is, the more expensive it is to ship. There is a separate charge for each box that ships. It is difficult for us to give exact shipping quotes, because what we do is package up your items, put them on our computerized scale when invoicing with your address, and the computer will tell us how much freight to charge. We charge you our actual cost, and do not pad the freight charge.

Truck freight shipping is calculated by total weight only (number of boxes or pallets does not matter). Up to 150 lbs. the shipping charge is $125.00 to a commercial address or $150.00 to a non-commercial address or residence anywhere in the continental USA. All hoods shipped also incur a $20.00 pallet charge. Over 150 lbs. will incur charges higher than these amounts and will require special quotes. Contact Goodmark for other pallet and boxing rates. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will incur substantial extra charges, as ocean freight charges will also apply. Most orders are shipped under 150 lbs. Delivery time is usually within 1 week in the continental United States. Goodmark does not ship outside the United States. We can refer you to a freight forwarder for foreign orders.

All truck freight shipments MUST be inspected before you sign for them. If there is any damage to the shipment, you MUST note the damage on the freight bill or refuse the shipment for being damaged in order to get replacement parts or credit.

RETURNS - Goodmark Industries will only accept returns on items purchased within 6 months of the purchase date and are in the same condition as when shipped. Goodmark will charge a 20% restocking fee on all items returned from the original purchaser, and the customer will be responsible for all freight charges. All items must be in the original packaging and in "as-sold" condition. No credit will be issued on items returned after 6 months of purchase, or on items that have been painted, damaged, or modified in any way. Used or incomplete merchandise cannot be accepted, since we only sell new items. You must call us and receive return instructions on all items returned. No credit will be issued for items returned without authorization. Please pre-fit all items before sanding or painting!

WARRANTY - All parts depicted in this catalog are warranted to you the original purchaser to be free from defects in manufacturing and materials for a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase from us. You must notify us in writing within the warranty period to make a claim. Liability of Goodmark Industries, Inc. under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part. Goodmark Industries hereby disclaims all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Goodmark Industries is not responsible for damage caused by abuse, incorrect installation, modification, shipping, accidents or normal wear; nor is Goodmark Industries, Inc. responsible for labor charges, inconvenience or other expenses related to installation or use of our products whether purchased from us or an independent reseller. While all statements and technical information on this website are believed to be accurate, Goodmark Industries, Inc. does not accept any responsibility or liability for harm resulting therefrom.
